I regret even walking into his office with such a disgusting building that needs to be demolished for the numerous health/safety problems. A professional building will have professional offices and hence staff or business owners. The sandwich boards and signage of one major esl business in this building has shamelessly advertised everywhere which makes it look like a dirty alley in a dirty city. Go where tenants respect their fellow tenants, signage is not monopolizing, and businesses and buildings don't have a damage inside and out including pests/insect infestations!!!
