The custom dishwasher panel we ordered from Kitchens By Design was measured incorrectly, did not fit, and the owner refused to take responsibility. Despite having Bosch’s official template and their own measurements, they blamed everything but the panel itself. Worse, the owner was unprofessional and used foul language in front of my young children. Poor quality, no accountability, and disrespectful conduct — I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
